How webuild
Most small-business websites are put together from a store-bought theme and a pile of plugins, then left to age. Ours are not. Here is the short version of how we do it.
Built as finished pages
Your site is built ahead of time into lightweight, finished pages. When a visitor arrives there is nothing to assemble, no database to query and no page builder to wait on.
Fewer moving parts
No plugin pile, no public login screen, no database behind your pages. Every moving part is something that can break or be attacked, so we keep them to a minimum.

What counts as a change?
A change is a small update that takes about half an hour: editing text, swapping photos, updating hours or prices, adding a team member, or adding an item to a gallery.
New pages, new sections and redesigns are not changes. They use your plan’s page allowance or are quoted separately. Unused changes do not roll over, and typos or broken links are always on us.

Good to know
Do I really own my website?
Yes. Your content, images and domain are always yours. Your site is made of simple, portable files, so there is no lock-in. On Essentials the files are yours from day one. On Growth and Partner they become yours when your agreement ends, and we hand them over with help moving your domain.
Why do the plans have different upfront costs?
The upfront payment and the monthly payment share the cost of your design and build. Pay more now and the monthly price is lowest. Start lower and the cost is spread across a longer agreement. Either way you get a full custom website and a team looking after it the whole way.
What if my plans change during an agreement?
Talk to us. You can move up to a bigger plan at any time and the time you have already served counts toward the new agreement.
Can I leave early? How does the buy-out work?
Yes. If you end your agreement early, you pay a share of the monthly payments still remaining on it: half on Essentials and Growth, and three quarters on Partner, where we invest the most up front. There are no other fees, and nothing is owed for months you have already served. Once the buy-out is paid, your site files are handed over to you with help moving your domain and email, even though the agreement had not finished. For example, leaving a Growth plan after 6 months means 6 months remain: 6 × $150 = $900, so the buy-out is $450. Leaving a Partner plan after 12 months means 12 remain: 12 × $175 = $2,100, so the buy-out is $1,575. Once your agreement ends, every plan continues month to month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Can you move my current website and email?
Yes. We rebuild your site, keep your existing page addresses working so you do not lose search rankings, and move your email with its history.
